Development History From 2007 to Present

Mold Development and Sample Testing
Customers can provide 3D drawings or physical samples (physical measurement will incur corresponding fees). The full mold cost must be paid for mold development, and our company will produce the first trial sample upon completion.

Sample confirmation
For small-sized products with a single weight of under 200g, 3-5 confirmation samples can be provided free of charge. If the sample weight exceeds 200g, a prepayment for sample production and material costs is required.

Batch Ordering
After the samples are confirmed in writing by both parties, 50-70% of the total advance payment can be transferred to the mass production process, where a formal order is signed and a production plan is arranged.

Rough casting
Adopting the silica sol medium temperature wax precision casting process, using Australian origin sand powder and international standard new raw materials to ensure precise blank size and pure material.

Precision machining (optional)
If the customer requires finished castings, our company can provide subsequent precision machining services such as turning, milling, and grinding to achieve the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness required by the drawings.

Finished product delivery
All products will be arranged for shipment after passing the inspection. The final payment for this batch of orders must be settled before shipment.
